Availability of spare parts beyond the warranty period
We are often faced with the fact that the official factory support of our devices beyond the warranty period would involve such high costs that it would be more worthwhile to buy a new device. This is also encouraged by the manufacturers, with their price training, promotions and offers. But what if the given device is not yet obsolete, if it complies with security regulations, and the migration of the applications running on them would also involve huge costs?
The operation of priority systems without support and availability of spare parts entails such a high risk that it cannot be allowed in a professional environment. Buying defective parts online carries a high risk in terms of both compatibility and reliability. The ordered part, even if it is correct according to the article number, may not be suitable for insertion into the given system due to the difference in the microcode (firmware).
What solution do we offer?
We have a dedicated spare parts base for our contracted partners, from which we can provide the necessary hardware element at the article number and microcode level of the customers existing device within up to 4 working hours.
In the case of LENOVO and IBM storage and servers, our engineers, knowing the systems of our contracted partners and possessing local knowledge, can quickly and professionally replace faulty devices.
If the Customer has its own trained specialist and does not require the support of CSINFO engineers, we will pack and mail the replacement part within 4 working hours of notification.
