Our system administrator colleagues perform the daily tasks related to IT operation at the premises of our contracted customers.
They respond to emerging IT problems/questions locally or through remote access beyond the on-site supervision time.
If it is necessary to deal with problems that go beyond daily operations, they consult and request on-site or remote help from our engineering colleagues.
